They are great, but only four stars because the packaging was pretty much destroyed by the shipping. Also, the straps are already pulling threads. 🙈

Super elastic colourful ribbons

Now that I have the mat and the hip bands from casafit, I also had to buy the upper body bands. I finally have a very good alternative to my dumbbells and my workouts are twice as much fun.
The bands are elastic and comfortable on the skin, they don't chafe or slip. The material doesn't smell unpleasant and the colours are just great.
