CANCELLATION POLICY
I. Right of withdrawalYou have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Vitalwerk GmbH, Weidmanngasse 29/23, 1170 Vienna, phone: +43(0)699 11316473, e-mail: kontakt[at]casafit.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.
If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to your handling the goods in a way that is not necessary for testing the quality, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

If you finance this contract by means of a loan and later revoke it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is to be assumed in particular if we are your lender at the same time or if your lender makes use of our cooperation with regard to the financing. If the loan has already accrued to us when the revocation takes effect, your lender shall be subrogated to our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the revocation or return. The latter does not apply if the subject of this contract is the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives).
If you wish to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, make use of your right of revocation and also revoke the loan agreement if you are also entitled to a right of revocation for this.
RETURNS AFTER REVOCATION AND IN THE EVENT OF A COMPLAINT
Please note the following general information for returns:
Clarification: Observance of the information is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal in accordance with the section "Withdrawal".
Please avoid damage or contamination of the goods. If possible, the goods should be returned to the seller in their original packaging with all accessories. If the original packaging is no longer in your possession, other suitable packaging should be used to ensure adequate protection against transport damage and to avoid any claims for damages due to inadequate packaging.
Please note that we can only refund unopened products!
If your order includes free products, we ask that you also return them for a full refund. If you keep part of the products, we can only give you a partial refund.
Return after cancellation:
If you wish to return an order free of charge by exercising your right of cancellation, you can easily request your free return labels online. Please note that your return is only free of charge if you use the requested return label. Otherwise, the return will be at your expense, as we unfortunately cannot refund any other postage costs.
THIS IS HOW THE FREE RETURN GOES:
1. send us an email to [email protected] with your order number and the subject "Return order number XXX". Please replace "XXX" with your order number.
We will send you a return label by email within 24 hours. Please also check your spam inbox for this.
Once the package has arrived at the warehouse and has been inspected, we will issue the refund.
Please note that the refund will be made via the original payment method selected, unless otherwise agreed.
Returns in case of complaints:
If items are damaged (e.g. broken glass) or have other defects, you can of course complain about them. Please contact our customer service using the contact form.
