First starting position:


- supine position
- Bend legs & place feet on floor
- Shoulder blades slightly raised

Second version: 


- Alternating to the left and right by lifting the chest sideways and touching the feet with the hand

Third end position:

- Controlled lowering of the chest to start the next repetition on the other side

ATTENTION!

- Keep shoulder blades raised during subsequent repetitions to maintain tension.
