First starting position:


- Shoulder wide stance
- The knees are slightly bent
- Keep the chest upright

Second version: 


- Controlled sideways step

Third end position:

- Follow with the second leg, but only as far as there is still tension on the hip band.

ATTENTION!

- Make sure there is tension on the hip band throughout the movement
- A collapse of the knees to the inside due to the tension absolutely prevented!
