First starting position:


- prone position
- Legs stretched & feet together
- Legs and chest slightly raised
- Look to the ground

Second version: 


- With arms outstretched, bring hands together alternately in front of head and behind back

Third end position:

- The repetition is completed when the hands have been brought together once in front of the body and once behind the body.

ATTENTION!

- Make sure to keep your eyes on the floor at all times to avoid neck tension.
